CrossFit Fenway is a new affiliate in Boston, MA started, operated and owned by our friends JT Scott and Steve Rast. If you're ever in the Boston area you have to check them out.
PsychSanDiego is owned by Alessandra Wall Ph.D., wife of Leon Chang and an avid CrossFitter herself. Dr. Wall specializes in anxiety and eating disorders and plans to offer her assistance to our clients who wish to address the psychological component of weight loss.

When: August 14th, Saturday 8am-? (times may change)Who: CrossFitters from CF La Jolla, Elysium, and Mission GorgeWhat: Three WODs over the course of a Saturday challenging all 10 Fitness Domains. Men's and Women's categories
Why: This is an event open to all athletes from the above CF gyms. WODs may be scaled down but ...will automatically drop your placing. Awards for top three finishers in each category.
Cost: $20 entry fee
I really think that this could be a great experience and lots of fun for many of you. Getting into somewhere else, going against a good group of people that are very close to your fitness level and going head to head with others will add a whole new dimension to your fitness training. Another thing to remember is that entering and training for this event will be the same as a mud run, 5k run, half marathon, tri or any other event. The main focus is going to be having a good time and having fun! If you are an athlete that wants to show up and give it a solid effort to hit 1st place, we will guide you on the path you should take both with your training and your nutrition. If you are someone who wants to enter more for the experience and not worry about gunning for the top spot, that is just as great. Many of you may want to know what the workouts will be? Well... while the coaches know what they will be. That info is secret for now. The workouts at the gym will keep on going in the fashion the have been running since we started. What we can say is that will be 3 total workouts day off competition. With those 3 workouts all 10 aspects of fitness will be tested. There won't be anything that you haven't done before thrown at you. I can say there will be a workout that favors the stronger people, a workout that favors the lighter faster person and a workout that is a good old fashion CrossFit wod. If you have any questions at all. Feel free to talk to the coaches and they can help you out! Lets get in and write some names on the sign up board!
