Reminder: Our next Elysium party is this Saturday, May 25th at 8pm! Join us at the gym for some good times. If there's anything special you'd like to drink/share feel free to bring it, otherwise just be there.

Schedule update: all classes after 12pm on Monday, 5/27 are CANCELLED due to the holiday. The Oly club 6/1 and ALL of Sunday, 6/2 are also cancelled (RnR Marathon).

Warmup: CF x 1, hip mobility

strength: FS 3 x 3 reps 2 90%

metcon:

50 double unders

run 200m

rest 1 min; AMRAP 15 min.

Tabata cycles (8 rounds, 20sec on 10 sec off) of-

pull ups, push ups, sit ups, squats

No rest between cycles, 16 min total. Score is total number of reps.

If you have registered for the Olympic Lifting comp at CF Fortius (info below), be sure and write your name on the whiteboard (first one in the main area) at the gym so we know who will be on Team Elysium.

Register for the Olympic Lifting Competition at CF Fortius on June 1st here! This competition will feature standard Olympic lifting rules, but is beginner friendly and everyone is encouraged to compete! Elysium will be entering a team comprised of you athletes and we've got a good shot at doing well. Be sure to register as an "individual" and not as a "team", we will take care of the team aspect. More info can be found at CF Fortius' page here.

metcon: for time (15 min cap)
